Brad Bremer's Crossfit Blog: I'm a 43 year old who has always been pretty active. I have been working out at the same Globo gym for nearly 15 years. I was going through the same workouts for years and not seeing much in the way of results. A bunch of friends from work started Crossfitting, so I decide I had to try it.
